I've been struck with the dilemma of planning a stellar celebration of sorts for the weekend for April 17th - April 19th, the end of tax season. We considered many options: cruises, mini-vacations, bus trips, and overnights, all of which were slightly out of budget.

So after feeling depressed for a couple minutes, I decided we should explore the "familiar", the oldies but goodies. So, now I'm looking for cool things to do in the Baltimore - Washington metropolitan area.
