This weekend Joe & I went on our mini vacation to OC, with 2 friends. It was a managerie of awkwardness and awesomeness. All in all, we had a blast . We went shopping (I should say, I had a shopping SPREE!), mini-golfing, and bar hopping. Not to mention swimming in the pool and ocean.

Why awkwardness? Well, it's the history of the situation. Love. Friendship. Betrayal. Emotional Scarring. It's all there. Plus, there are some new "developments" that make the story far more interesting..... (but my lips are sealed).

Why awesomeness? Well A., I bought clothes that make me feel FABULOUS. B., I kicked butt at mini-golf (Who got a hole in one? THIS GIRL). C., Joe got his first swimming experience and he did great! D., I got to be care-free and relaxed for a weekend! (It did wonders for the soul!)

Our plan is to go back for the 4th of July to see some fireworks. Woot!!
